Enabling the energy transition requires connecting, attracting, and growing the industry’s businesses, innovators, capital providers, and workforce.

The Renewable Energy Alliance Houston (REAL Houston) brings together voices from the city’s impressive clean energy community and provides current and future industry stakeholders opportunities to foster connection, engage in thought-provoking conversations, and join a robust community of clean energy businesses and professionals.

We do this by organizing regular programming focused on promoting thought leadership and conversation on relevant industry issues; creating educational opportunities to increase industry proficiency among early career professionals and new entrants; increasing the visibility of clean energy businesses; and connecting professionals to sponsors and the broader industry.

A 501(c)(6) non-profit organization, REAL Houston was established to promote, connect and grow Houston’s clean energy businesses and workforce to accelerate the energy transition.

Leveraging the talent and experience of the oil and gas industry will be key to Houston leading the energy transition. REAL Houston welcomes those businesses and individuals currently focused on the oil and gas and petrochemical industries. Programming has been developed for those wishing to enter or expand into the clean energy space.

There is power in connecting. Existing stakeholders in clean energy need to connect, share and grow. New stakeholders need streamlined access to resources so they can join the industry as the energy transition progresses.
